Pilot cutter evening sail

Thank you to Tushingham for getting some replacement parts to my aging Starboard Phantom whilst at Mallaig. The delivery times are a bit maƱana up here but I didn't have long to wait and yesterday managed to get a new fin fitted, change a couple of ropey straps, and most importantly restore mast track function.

My carbon fibre board and rig bits have been nestled on a traditional craft on the pontoons here and yesterday evening I was lucky enough to head out for a spin on the pilot cutter in the attached pictures. I felt a bit guilty to be missing the good windsurfing wind, but what a great experience on a fantastic piece of sailing water. Glad I accepted the offer. Thanks to skippers Toby and Adrian.

Sailed on and off the moorings too. No engines - people after my own heart.
